Cruisair 3 knob control

Post by ckuppens »

If anyone has a old 3 knob control for their AC unit that works I would be willing to buy it. I imagine some of you must have upgraded to the digital controls and may still have an older working control. Chris Onset, MA 1979 35B

You can still get them. Mine crapped a couple years ago, and the AC guy actually talked me out of the new digital controls. Simple is better on thes systems (his opinion). No regrets, so I still use the 3 knob. Gene Dugan Boca Raton, Fl. "Nauti Marie" 1989 33 FBC 2007 8.1 Crusaders

I think I still have my 3 knob that I replaced with the FX-1, are you still looking for one?

Hey brian... Thanks! No I was able to buy one for $300 through a cruise air dealer. After I installed the working switch it turned out that the condenser is junk. Replacing that for a few $$$

I don't have one to sell, both of mine had crapped out and I replaced with digital units which fit into the same spot with a cover plate. It was around $300 Good Luck

I don't know about the three knob control, but www.flightsystems.com has the digital control (I think they make them for Cruisair). They have new, rebuilt and repair options. Great people to deal with and good prices. They also have electronic parts for generators. You might want to give them a call about the 3 knob controls, they might be able to help.
