Hello Buzz. Hope you survived our NC winter OK. After reading your post above I realized I haven't checked on B33 prices in quite a while (in the past year or so), so I checked Yachtworld today to see what was happening. It seems to me that the diesel powered boats, both FBCs and SFs have actually gone up slightly in asking price, while the gassers have gone down slightly. This of course does not include those in Europe that are offered at crazy high prices {$100,000 plus). Go Patriots!

That's a good sign I had a couple of people approach me about selling last year but I didn't really want to sell. If I can't get a commitment from my family or friends to go fishing with me this year I may change my mind and sell.

I am looking at 33s and 37's. Both have examples that have been overdone and are priced almost 2x average, some are beat and cheap. Watching yachtworld it seems like a good diesel 33 would be 55k+ There are some in New England that have teak and holly cabin soles, recent motors, painted bilges for over 100 but I don't think it will sell when a good 37 is 85+ For me it's all about the running gear. I can do most everything else myself or know who can but I don't want to repower.

I think I'm going to ask 49,900. Frank, I think you're right the prices have moved up a bit.

I think the private email/message function on this site doesn't work. It is best to send a direct email using your regular email service.

I also sent you a note through the ad on Craigslist. I bet we connect soon but it doesn't guarantee I'm going to buy your boat. [:D]
