Prop wrench/socket?

Post by Bobjr1261 »

Does anyone know what size socket or wrench is needed for removing the prop on a 1.5" prop shaft 1988 FBC 33?

Joe, I know you're joking but I would never say I have bigger nuts than Rick. He's probably the nicest guy I know but I would never doubt the size of his nuts! And I believe him when he says they're brass. He's one of those guys who doesn't have to prove a thing and if he did would be able to knock me down with one whack.

Rick & Frank, I know from all of your posts over the years that you have a great sense of humor and respect for each other. One of these days I'll get up there and have a cocktail or 2 with you guys.

Hahaha ! This all sounds good and Joe is right, a lot of respect for Frank as well as Doug & Joe. Been way too long boys and Joe, known you for years and we still haven't tipped one together. Let's make it happen soon, I'll be coming up to Peabody in another 2 to 3 weeks. Will let you know when. BTW - Edgartown mooring reservations open tomorrow at 8:00AM !
