Does anyone know the name of?

the type of Keeper on the cabinet door to starboard of the helm. It keeps that door 2/3 open and gives me the perfect angle to see a VHF mounted on the inside of the door. On my 33 it allows me to see things easily but put the VHF out of the way --i have an external speaker that allows me to here chatter but i do not need to open the pull down until i need to actually transmit. My 31 has that same downward opening cabinet to port of the helm that the prior owner had a tube based Rader in the cabinet--I got rid of that and want to relocate a VHF in there but need the Scissor like keeper. Any help would be great.
