1 3/8 shaft, rudders and struts
Any leads would be great thanks

I think Dany at Hightide Marine in Miami could help with the rudders and struts. I think the shafts could be had at a number of places depending on your location.

Welcome & where are you located? There is a salvage yard in Quincy, Ma. They charge 50% of new.
