Wasn't completed, surveyor was unable to access everything he needed to see. We are still moving ahead but need to ensure the surveyor can finish the job.

I was expecting a project but ran across something that would be too difficult to deal with remotely. The owner, Jim is a nice and reasonable guy and the right buyer could take this project on and have a great boat.

I am currently looking at this boat, please let me know any insights / barriers that discouraged you from moving forward with the purchase.
Especially the issue that was too difficult to deal with remotely.
