Pricing Thoughts?

I am "floating" the idea of selling my 33. I am not 100% sure i want to sell. I have used her incredibly well with multiple Annapolis-South Florida trips. I have my 31 being re powered right now and contemplating a Hinckley Sailboat project as well and my wife is starting to urge that i reduce the fleet. I have obviously looked up YachtWorld thru Craigslist. But unsure of what is a realistic price. I certainly do not want to give her away but I am aware that regardless of the total amount i have spent on her i feel like i got my "Return" out of her with use and great memories.
