How did the survey go?

Wasn't completed, surveyor was unable to access everything he needed to see. We are still moving ahead but need to ensure the surveyor can finish the job.

I was expecting a project but ran across something that would be too difficult to deal with remotely. The owner, Jim is a nice and reasonable guy and the right buyer could take this project on and have a great boat.
